Application of DTF Powder white powder
Design Preparation:
Create or select the design to be printed on the transfer film using compatible graphic design software.
Print the design onto the transfer film using DTF-specific inks for vibrant and detailed results.
Application of TPU DTF Powder:
Sprinkle the TPU DTF powder evenly over the printed design on the transfer film. Ensure thorough coverage of the design area with the powder.
Heat Press Transfer:
Place the transfer film with the printed design and TPU DTF powder facing down onto the substrate.
Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine to activate the TPU DTF powder, allowing the design to bond securely to the substrate.
Cooling and Peeling:
Allow the substrate to cool post-press to ensure the design has fully adhered.
Gently peel off the transfer film to reveal the transferred design on the substrate, leaving a durable and vibrant print.
Post-Processing (Optional):
Optionally, perform post-processing steps such as curing the transferred design with additional heat for enhanced durability and wash resistance.
