Product Description
Heat Transfer Printing Polyurethane White TPU Hot Melt Adhesive DTF Powder
Design Preparation:
Create or select the design to be printed on the transfer film using compatible graphic design software.
Print the design onto the transfer film using DTF-specific inks for vibrant and detailed results.
Application of TPU DTF Powder:
Sprinkle the TPU DTF powder evenly over the printed design on the transfer film. Ensure thorough coverage of the design area with the powder.
Heat Press Transfer:
Place the transfer film with the printed design and TPU DTF powder facing down onto the substrate.
Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine to activate the TPU DTF powder, allowing the design to bond securely to the substrate.

1. Bonding temperature and pressure and time relate to the bonding strength of the film to the material. The bonding temperature must be close to the temperature set by the machine, the pressure must be uniform, and the mold and press rolls must be flat.
