This hot melt adhesive is ideal forhot-pressing and bonding soft and super-elastic fabrics such as Lycra, spandex, nylon, and nylon. TPU hot melt adhesive films techniques -----Heat Activation:

. How it works: This is the most common method. The TPU film is heated to its melting point, typically using:

-Heated platens or rollers: The film is passed between heated rollers, melting the adhesive.
-Infrared (IR) heating: Infrared lamps heat the film directly.
-Hot air or hot gas impingement: Hot air or gas is directed onto the film's surface.

. After melting: The molten adhesive is then pressed onto the substrate, creating a strong bond as it cools and solidifies.

. Limitations: Requires careful temperature control to avoid scorching the substrate or degrading the adhesive.
