Application of DTF Powder white powder

Design Preparation:

Create or select the desired design to be transferred onto the substrate using graphic design software.
Print the design onto a DTF transfer film using a compatible printer and DTF inks.

Preparation of Substrate:

Prepare the target substrate (fabric, garment, or other material) by ensuring it is clean, flat, and free of any wrinkles or debris.
Position the substrate on the heat press machine in readiness for the transfer process.

Application of Adhesive Powder:

Sprinkle a thin, even layer of DTF TPU Adhesive Powder over the printed design on the transfer film. Ensure complete coverage of the design.
Shake off any excess powder to prevent over-application, which can affect the quality of the transfer.

Heat Press Process:

Carefully place the DTF transfer film with the design facing down onto the substrate.

Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine according to the manufacturer's recommended settings. The heat activates the adhesive powder, melting it to bond the design to the substrate.
Allow the transfer to cool before peeling off the transfer film to reveal the transferred design on the substrate.
