Dtf Pet Film Description
Dtf Pet Film is also called color inkjet film, digital printing film and so on. The water-based colored ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film through the printer to form various beautiful patterns, which are dried by sprinkling hot melt adhesive powder and then transferred to the ironing object. This product is a single-sided printing film suitable for all kinds of textile fabrics. 

Dtf Pet Film typically has a transparent or semi - transparent base layer. This base is made from a thin, flexible plastic material, such as polyester, which provides durability and heat resistance. The surface of the film is smooth and uniform, ensuring consistent ink absorption and transfer. On one side of the film, there is a special coating that is designed to interact with DTF inks.

Once the design is printed on the PET DTF film, it is cut to the desired shape and size. The film is then placed on top of the textile substrate, with the printed side facing down. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine, causing the adhesive layer to melt and bond with the fabric. After the transfer process, the PET film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the textile.
