Applications of DTF PET film

1. Design Preparation and Printing:
Create or select the design you want to transfer onto the fabric using graphic design software.
Print the design onto the DTF PET transfer film using a compatible DTF printer with DTF inks.

2. Adhesive Application:
Apply a layer of DTF adhesive powder, such as TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) adhesive powder, uniformly over the printed design on the PET film.
Use a squeegee or brush to ensure even coverage of the adhesive powder on the entire design area.

3. Heat Transfer Process:
Place the PET film with the printed design and adhesive powder facing up onto the fabric in the desired position.
Cover the assembly with a protective sheet to prevent direct contact with the heat press.
Heat press the fabric, PET film, and adhesive powder assembly at the recommended temperature and pressure settings for the specified duration.
