Dtf Pet Film is also called color inkjet film, digital printing film and so on. The water-based colored ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film through the printer to form various beautiful patterns, which are dried by sprinkling hot melt adhesive powder and then transferred to the ironing object. 
Printable transfer film typically consists of three layers:

Base Layer: The base layer is a carrier sheet or film that provides stability and support during the printing and transfer process. It holds the design or image during printing and acts as a temporary carrier for transferring the design onto the target surface.

Adhesive Layer: The adhesive layer is a thin coating applied to the surface of the transfer film. It is designed to adhere to the target surface when heat and pressure are applied during the transfer process. The adhesive layer helps to ensure that the design remains intact and firmly bonded to the substrate.

Release Layer: The release layer is a coating or treatment on the opposite side of the adhesive layer. It allows for easy release of the transfer film from the printed design after the transfer process is complete. The release layer prevents the film from sticking to the printed design during storage or handling.

Cautions:
1. Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
2. The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonably control the temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it will easily cause discoloration or decrease in elasticity
