Pet Dtf Film Description
Pet Dtf Film is also called color inkjet film, digital printing film and so on. The water-based colored ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film through the printer to form various beautiful patterns, which are dried by sprinkling hot melt adhesive powder and then transferred to the ironing object. This product is a single-sided printing film suitable for all kinds of textile fabrics. 

PET DTF film with the inked design is transferred onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The heat activates the ink, causing it to bond with the fabric fibers. The pressure ensures proper contact and adhesion between the film and the fabric, resulting in a permanent and high-quality print.

Once the design is printed on the PET DTF film, it is cut to the desired shape and size. The film is then placed on top of the textile substrate, with the printed side facing down. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine, causing the adhesive layer to melt and bond with the fabric. After the transfer process, the PET film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the textile.

PET DTF film is coated with a special layer that is receptive to DTF printing ink. This coating ensures proper adhesion of the ink to the film's surface, promoting excellent ink transfer and preventing smudging or bleeding.
