Dtf Film Description
Dtf Film is also called color inkjet film, digital printing film and so on. The water-based colored ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film through the printer to form various beautiful patterns, which are dried by sprinkling hot melt adhesive powder and then transferred to the ironing object. This product is a single-sided printing film suitable for all kinds of textile fabrics. 

DTF film consists of multiple layers, including a release layer, an ink-receptive layer, and an adhesive layer. The release layer ensures easy separation of the film from the printed design after the transfer process. The ink-receptive layer is designed to absorb and fix the ink, resulting in vibrant and durable prints. The adhesive layer facilitates the bonding between the film and the fabric during the heat transfer process.

Once the design is printed on the PET DTF film, it is cut to the desired shape and size. The film is then placed on top of the textile substrate, with the printed side facing down. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine, causing the adhesive layer to melt and bond with the fabric. After the transfer process, the PET film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the textile.

A: The thickness is 0.075mm, length is 100m per roll.
The width has 30cm, 33cm, 60cm.
