Storage Conditions | Stored in dry unopened packaging at room temperature for 12 months. High temperature and pressure will cause agglomeration. The trays cannot be double-pressed. |
Application of DTF Powder white powder
Applying TPU Powder: Sprinkle or distribute the DTF TPU hot melt powder evenly over the printed pattern on the PET film. Use a powder sifter or similar tool to spread a thin, even layer of powder. Shake off any excess powder.
Activating the powder: Place the PET film with the printed pattern and TPU powder face down on the target material (e.g. fabric or textile). Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press or similar device. The heat and pressure will activate the TPU powder, causing it to melt and bond to the fabric.
Transfer process: Heat and pressure are maintained for the time specified by the manufacturer or recommended based on test results. This causes the TPU powder to completely melt and form a strong bond between the design and the fabric.
Cooling and Release: After the specified transfer time, release the pressure from the heat press and carefully remove the PET film from the fabric. Allow the fabric to cool completely before processing.
Post-processing: After the fabric has cooled, you can perform any necessary post-processing steps, such as trimming excess threads or performing fabric-type-specific post-processing procedures.
