DTF PET film is a specialized transfer film used in the DTF printing process.PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate, which is a thermoplastic polymer commonly used in the manufacture of a variety of products, including packaging materials, electrical components and textiles.
In DTF printing, PET film is used as a transfer medium for hot melt adhesive powder. The hot melt adhesive powder is first applied to the surface of the film using a special printer to print the design onto the PET film. Then, heat and pressure are used to transfer the design to a substrate, such as a garment, which activates the adhesion of the hot melt adhesive powder and bonds it to the substrate.
