Dtf Transfer Highly Elastic Tpu Adhesive Powder Dtf Powder
Hot melt powder is a white powdery adhesive. Coarse powder is mainly used for flocking transfer printing, and fine powder is mainly used for film saccharification transfer printing. Because of its excellent adhesive properties, it is often used as a high-quality hot-melt adhesive in other industries. The latter process is viscous and fluid, and the curing speed is fast.

Application of DTF Hot Melt Powder
Hot melt adhesive powder can be used for hot melt coating, spraying, casting and other production films, nets, belts and so on. It has excellent bonding strength and good resistance to washing and dry cleaning. Widely used in industrial textiles, automotive interior, shoe lining, lining, paper, transfer printing, leather or metal coating, laminating. Mainly used for clothing lining, bra cup mold, heat transfer printing, leather, automotive interior decoration, footwear and chemical fiber, silk lining, non-woven fabric and carpet, felt, etc.
Hot melt adhesive powder is widely used in embroidery patch/badge, woven label bonding; Permanent adhesion of textiles; Permanent bonding of metal materials, such as aluminum, metal, stainless steel plate, etc.; DTF powder is widely used in the permanent bonding of seamless underwear and the bonding of cotton, spandex and other elastic fabrics.
