Dtf tpu powder is thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder. Hot melt powder has a soft feel, good resilience, stretchability, and excellent low-temperature processability. It is excellent adhesion to textiles.

Application of DTF powder
Hot melt adhesive powder can be used in hot-melt coating, spraying, casting, etc. to produce films, nets, belts, etc. It has excellent adhesive strength, good resistance to washing and dry cleaning. Widely used in industrial textiles, automotive interiors, shoe linings, interlinings, paper, transfer printing, leather or metal coating and compounding.
Hot melt adhesive powder is widely used in embroidery patches/badges and woven labels; permanent bonding of textiles; permanent bonding of metal materials, such as aluminum plates, metal plates, stainless steel plates, etc.;
Hot melt adhesive powder is widely used in the permanent bonding of seamless underwear and the bonding of elastic fabrics such as cotton and spandex.
Mainly used in clothing interlining, bra cup mold, thermal transfer, leather, automotive interior, shoe materials and chemical fibers, silk interlining, non-woven fabrics, carpets, and felts.
WHAT IS DTF?
Print on a film and directly transfer onto fabric. DTF is also referred to as Direct-toFilm, and it works by printing transfers onto a film, that are heat pressed to a variety of garments (and other substrates).
