DTF Powder Product Description
This product is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive.
1. It has a soft feel and good resilience and stretchability.The Hardness is 75±2 Shore A
2. It has the characteristics of low melting point and easy processing; it has excellent bonding properties to textiles.
3.The Washing Resistance is 40℃-60℃

DTF Powder Application:
ES380 is used in textiles and garments, heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking paste and bronzing paste.
DTF Powder Packaging and Storage Conditions:
1.The temperature is 20-30℃, the humidity is 45-55%, there is no ultraviolet light, and it is protected from light (light protection includes light and natural light) to avoid long-term contact with the air.
2. Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is easy to cause agglomeration under high temperature and pressure. Agglomeration is found during use, and it is filtered through a screen mesh.
3.The stacking strength of materials should not be too large, and the stacking height should be moderate.
