DTF Hot Melt Powder Product Description
This product is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive.
It has excellent color stability and excellent yellowing resistance.
Soft hand feel and good resilience and stretchability.
And it has excellent bonding properties to textiles.

DTF Hot Melt Powder Application:
ES220 is used in textiles and garments, heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking paste and bronzing paste.
DTF Hot Melt Powder process
1.First put DTF film into printer (we have Double sided or Single side)
Single sided film: matte side is the printing side Glossy side is non-printing side
Double-sided film: the printing surface coating can be buckled off, the other side cannot be buckled off.
2.Print the picture on DTF film.
3.Put the DTF powder on Print side ( you also could use your hard shake DTF powder )
4. After finish shaking powder, put the picture into oven ( about 95℃ continued 2-3 minute )
5. Next is put on heater machine (about 165℃ continued 6-8 seconds)
