Attention
1. Must be stored in dry unopened package. High temperature and pressure will cause agglomeration. The trays cannot bedouble-pressed.
2. Bonding temperature and pressure and time relate to the bonding strength of the film to the material. The bonding temperature must be close to the temperature set by the machine, the pressure must be uniform, and the mold and press rolls must be flat.
3. The bonding conditions used will vary between machines and materials. The conditions indicated here are only basic. The most ideal bonding conditions should be established by manufacturing for the specific application.
TPU DTF Powder
Design Preparation:
Create or select the design to be printed on the transfer film using graphic design software.
Print the design onto the transfer film using DTF-compatible inks.
Application of TPU DTF Powder:
Sprinkle the TPU DTF powder evenly over the printed design on the transfer film. Ensure complete coverage of the design area.
Heat Press Transfer:
Place the transfer film with the printed design and TPU DTF powder facing down onto the substrate (fabric, garment, etc.).
Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine to activate the TPU DTF powder. The heat melts the powder, creating an adhesive bond between the design and the substrate.
Cooling and Peeling:
Allow the substrate to cool down after the heat press application. This cooling period helps the adhesive bond to set.
Carefully peel off the transfer film to reveal the transferred design adhered to the substrate.
Post-Processing (Optional):
Optionally, perform additional steps such as curing the transferred design with additional heat or following specific washing instructions for enhanced durability.
