DTF T-Shirt Printing White Tpu Polyurethane Heat Transfer Dtf Powder Hot Melt Powder
Cooling and Peeling: After the heat press process is complete, the fabric is allowed to cool down. Once cooled, the DTF film is carefully peeled off the fabric, leaving behind the transferred design that is now securely adhered to the fabric surface.
Compatibility: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is compatible with various types of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and synthetic materials. It works well on both light and dark-colored fabrics, providing reliable adhesion.

Application of DTF Powder
Prepare the DTF Film and Design: Start by printing the desired design onto the DTF film using a compatible DTF printer. Make sure the design is clear, properly aligned, and ready for transfer.
Apply the Adhesive Powder: Sprinkle the DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder evenly over the printed design on the film. Ensure complete coverage of the design by applying a sufficient amount of powder. The adhesive powder will act as a bonding agent between the design and the fabric.
Remove Excess Powder: Gently tap or shake the DTF film to remove any excess adhesive powder. This step is important to prevent excessive powder from transferring onto the fabric during the heat press process, which could affect the quality of the final transfer.
Position Film on the Fabric: Place the DTF film with the printed design and adhesive powder facing down onto the fabric. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of the design on the fabric.
