This advanced adhesive powder is engineered from high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), delivering superior bonding strength combined with exceptional flexibility. Designed for a wide range of industrial and textile applications, it offers:

- High Elasticity & Resilience – Excellent stretch recovery, making it ideal for elastic fabrics, sportswear, and stretchable composites.
- Low-Temperature Processability – Can be activated at lower heat settings, reducing energy consumption and preventing thermal damage to sensitive substrates.
- Strong Adhesion to Textiles – Bonds securely to various fabrics (polyester, nylon, cotton blends, etc.), ensuring durable seams, hems, and laminates without delamination.
- Fast Curing & High Efficiency – Suitable for automated production lines, enhancing manufacturing speed and consistency.
ES220 is commonly utilized in textiles and apparel, as well as in heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking pastes, and bronzing pastes.
