T-Shirt Printing White Hot Melt Adhesive Tpu Powder DTF Transfer Powder
Typical use (standard DTF steps)
Print your design onto DTF film.
While the print is ready for powder (timing depends on workflow/ink), shake/coat adhesive powder over the wet image.
Even coverage: tap/shake off excess.
Heat melt/cure the powder on the film (often with a heat gun or in a curing station) until it becomes glossy/melted.
Heat press to the garment.
Cool briefly, then peel the film.

Application of DTF Powder white powder
Printing the Design:
Begin by printing your desired design onto the DTF transfer film using DTF-compatible inks and a suitable printer. Ensure that the design is clear, sharp, and properly aligned on the film.
Applying TPU Powder:
After printing the design, the next step involves applying TPU powder over the printed design on the transfer film. The TPU powder serves as the adhesive medium that will bond the design to the substrate.
Sprinkle the TPU powder evenly and generously over the entire printed area on the transfer film. Ensure that the powder covers the design thoroughly to facilitate proper adhesion.
Activating the Adhesive:
The transfer film with the printed design and TPU powder is then placed on top of the substrate, such as a fabric garment or textile.
Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine to activate the TPU powder. The heat causes the TPU powder to melt and bond the design to the substrate effectively.
