Application Process:
Design Preparation:

Create or select the design to be printed on the DTF PET film using graphic design software.
Ensure the design is appropriately sized and positioned for the intended substrate.

Printing on DTF PET Film Roll:

Load the DTF PET film roll into a compatible printer.
Print the design onto the DTF PET film roll using DTF-specific inks for vibrant and accurate colors.

Film Preparation:

Trim the printed DTF PET film to the desired size for the transfer.
Apply DTF adhesive powder evenly over the printed design on the film to prepare for the transfer process.

Transfer Process:

Position the substrate (fabric, garment, etc.) on the heat press machine.
Place the DTF PET film with the printed design facing down onto the substrate, ensuring proper alignment.
Apply heat and pressure using the heat press machine to activate the adhesive powder and transfer the design onto the substrate.

Cooling and Finishing:

Allow the substrate to cool before removing it from the heat press.
Carefully peel off the DTF PET film to reveal the transferred design on the substrate.
