▋PES Hot Melt Film Adhesive Description ▋

This product ES001TS is a thermoplastic film-like hot melt adhesive that supports release paper and can be repeatedly heated and plasicized forbonding. This hot melt adhesive exhibits excelent adhesion to textles, PVc, and PC. itis dry-cleanable and can withstand washing at 40°C.
It is used for bonding clothing, footwear, accessories, reflective materials, handbags, luggage, embroidery, and handicrafts

It offers a superior tactile experience with a good feel and resilience, making it ideal for applications where comfort and flexibility are crucial. Additionally, it boasts excellent cold resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in low-temperature environments.  This makes it a versatile and durable choice for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.

PES hot melt adhesive films techniques -----Heat Activation:

. How it works: This is the most common method. The hot melt adhesive film is heated to its melting point, typically using:

-Heated platens or rollers: The film is passed between heated rollers, melting the adhesive.
-Infrared (IR) heating: Infrared lamps heat the film directly.
-Hot air or hot gas impingement: Hot air or gas is directed onto the film's surface.

. After melting: The molten adhesive is then pressed onto the substrate, creating a strong bond as it cools and solidifies.

. Advantages: Versatile, widely used, relatively simple.

. Limitations: Requires careful temperature control to avoid scorching the substrate or degrading the adhesive.
