This product ES001TS is a thermoplastic film-like hot melt adhesive that supports release paper and can be repeatedly heated and plasticized for bonding. This hot melt adhesive exhibits excellent adhesion to textiles, PVC, and PC. It is dry-cleanable and can withstand washing at 40°C. It is used for bonding clothing, footwear, accessories, reflective materials, handbags, luggage, embroidery, and handicrafts.

It offers a superior tactile experience with a good feel and resilience, making it ideal for applications where comfort and flexibility are crucial. Additionally, it boasts excellent cold resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in low-temperature environments. • How it works: This is the most common method. The hot melt adhesive film is heated to its melting point, typically using:
• Heated platens or rollers: The film is passed between heated rollers, melting the adhesive.
• Infrared (IR) heating: Infrared lamps heat the film directly.
• Hot air or hot gas impingement: Hot air or gas is directed onto the film's surface.
• After melting: The molten adhesive is then pressed onto the substrate, creating a strong bond as it cools and solidifies.
• Advantages: Versatile, widely used, relatively simple.
• Limitations: Requires careful temperature control to avoid scorching the substrate or degrading the adhesive.
