▋TPU Adhesive Film Description ▋

This product is a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive film, which is supported by release paper and can be repeatedly heated and plasticized. This hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesion to textiles, TPU, PC and PVC has good feel and resilience, and excellent cold resistance.  It is used in the bonding of clothing, embroidery, footwear, luggage, handbags, toys, hats, sports goods.

TPU hot melt adhesive films techniques -----Heat Activation:

. How it works: This is the most common method. The TPU film is heated to its melting point, typically using:

-Heated platens or rollers: The film is passed between heated rollers, melting the adhesive.
-Infrared (IR) heating: Infrared lamps heat the film directly.
-Hot air or hot gas impingement: Hot air or gas is directed onto the film's surface.

. After melting: The molten adhesive is then pressed onto the substrate, creating a strong bond as it cools and solidifies.

. Advantages: Versatile, widely used, relatively simple.

. Limitations: Requires careful temperature control to avoid scorching the substrate or degrading the adhesive.
