ES220 DTF Hot Melt Powder is an advanced adhesive powder formulated from high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), providing outstanding bonding strength along with excellent flexibility. Suited to a broad spectrum of industrial and textile applications.
- Soft & Flexible Feel - Maintains a pliable texture even after curing, ensuring comfort in textile lamination and wearable applications
- High Elasticity & Resilience - Excellent stretch recovery, making it ideal for elastic fabrics, sportswear, and stretchable composites
- Low-Temperature Processability - Can be activated at lower heat settings, reducing energy consumption and preventing thermal damage to sensitive substrates
- Strong Adhesion to Textiles - Bonds securely to various fabrics (polyester, nylon, cotton blends, etc.), ensuring durable seams, hems, and laminates without delamination
